UPDATED Vizionary Email Encryption
It is our desire to make sure that your personal information is safe and secure as we communicate information and documents via email to you our client. To that end, we are utilizing a necessary Encryption Method when sending an email that contains Personal Identifiable Information (PII).
How to access a VIZIONARY encrypted email:
- Click on the blue “READ THE MESSAGE” button
- Click on the blue “Sign in with a One-Time passcode” button
- Microsoft Office 365 Message Encryption will email you an 8-digit code
- Enter that code in the box provided, click “Continue”
